September registered for that pack bundle including telephone, wire and Web for two years for 123.00 monthly. After 24 months of support I obtained a statement for 163.00. After I questioned why I had been informed the promotional bundle I registered for was around. I subsequently chose to stop the pack bundle and opt for the Web just, which got my statement right down to 63.00 per month. I received my July-Oct bill for 65.00.in December I obtained a statement for 213.00 declaring I had been being billed an opt-out charge. I had been informed that I had been educated about that charge but I wasn't. I had been also advised that I'd to pay for this quantity since I decided out-of my agreement too late. Again they lied to me. I requested the consultant if there is a charge, she advised me I'd 7 days before my agreement renewed. Timewarner cable are liars and criminals they have to be halted
