Worst spa I ever had. Worst warranty

I bought my spa from this company at the west palm beach fairground during a special event there. So far it's been the worst spa I ever had, it has the balboa computer system in it and keeps breaking down. The service takes forever and they have the worst warranty on spas.

On the warranty it says that after one year there is a 40 dollars service charge for the technician to come to your house and now they charge me 75 dollars.

I have another spa which I bought 6 years ago and never had problem with it, this one never works.

The heater is always on even if I try to turn it off and keep the spa cool during the summer it keeps going to 103 degrees and when I complainted about it they said it was normal. I don't think so.

The wood casing started to fall apart after 8 months and is not covered on the warranty Stay away from that company, pay full price in a reputable store and have good service.
