Horrible custumer service beside wrong billing

I named regarding my statement after my a few months of getting this agreement my statement was gonna drop. Never did after 9 weeks my statement nevertheless exactly the same and also the toughest I had been about the telephone for an hour or so trigger the representitive Jaime continued holding up... It was just terrible
