Bad service, extra charges

Floor Website is very good throughout the revenue deal, but difficult to speak with when the deposit is created. Guaranteed delivery times weren't done, tales transformed per telephone call, additional costs transformed on the daily schedule (from $240 to $470 to set up about 10 yards of quarter-round cut offered at $10/meter). Team worked full-time between 8AM and 1PM. Didn't return after 'lunchtime'. Efforts to contact the sales person (likewise operator Mr. Prizzi) weren't delivered at-all and also the helper advised us 'He doesn't wish to keep in touch with you'. 24 hours later, the calls led to shouting and risks. This isn't what I anticipate for customer support. Poor experience throughout.
