Deposit Requirement

I had been injured at the office in September so that as an effect dropped behind on my lease and expenses. Our work which originally didnot wish to take-me back till I submitted for Unemployment ultimately did, but at 2/3rds of what my pay was.

I were able to pay-off my Telephone, gasoline (National Grid), and energy (Con Edison). Six-days after I settled the electrical bill completely I obtain a statement for that same quantity, plus $112, which from what I will inform isn't what I owe but a "deposit need". Simply the notice claims that my energy is likely to be stop easily do not spend it.

Not being displaced is my concern and that Iam not likely to have the ability to spend something before start of Feb. Which however will not be a $112 deposit.

Could somebody recommend me on whether I've any legitimate option?
