High bill and excessive fees

State of florida must iradicate improvement energy and their monopoly within the energy company - they're a rip-off - 1) prices are unusually high - they made me create a deposit on my acct along with the last one-10 years back and still haven't returned that deposit. Payments are made promptly. Was from town and didnot recognize bill hadn't been paid - not that i didnot possess the money - after i noticed the truck pull around change electrical off - i instantly named improvement energy to discover why - that is after i discovered i inadvertently didnot pay the bill - i settled that same day and they'd not change the reconnect cost - that is undoubtedly the greediest organization ive ever handled.
