Deceitful Customer Service - Buyer Beware

I requested a custom skylight from Screen Website which arrived in promptly. I went directly into choose it-up soon after it came, but sadly it had been one-inch too large to suit in my own automobile. I told the Widow Website worker that I had been possibly likely to have to look for a bigger vehicle or ask them to provide it in my experience the next week. He explained that it had beennot an issue and I stated I Would be arriving the next week to-order two extra skylights and also to possibly get the skylight or purchase it to be shipped.

The next week I obtained a phone from the various worker who stated I had a need to are available in and pickup the skylight or they'd begin getting me a delayed pickup charge. Not a problem I stated, I'd be right in having a vehicle that evening and that I might purchase two additional skylights. After I came, the identical worker ripped my paperwork and stated I had a need to keep in touch with his supervisor in regards to a delayed pick up charge. I subsequently informed the supervisor that I had been simply made conscious of their late get fee plan that day and was informed from the worker when used to donot get the skylight that evening, they'd then begin getting me a late charge. Then he lied to my experience and informed his supervisor that I'd been informed all-along that I had been being billed a delayed get charge. I told the supervisor he was laying and he or she sided together with her worker after which directed towards the fine-print within their purchase agreement about their late get charge plan having a smug search on her experience. I had been positively angry, but I'd no option but to pay for the cash. I did so nevertheless tell them they dropped a person for a lifetime. This did not appear to bother the supervisor whatsoever touch despite the fact that I had been prepared to create one more $500 purchase that evening. All she truly appeared to worry about was earning the debate and vindicating himself.
