Pizza Hut
Poor service!

I requested a pizza by telephone around 6:00 P.M. And informed them I'd choose it-up around 7:30. I stay about 45 minutes away, but had a need to go food shopping. I had been working late and named them at 7:30 and informed them I had been working delayed, but could be there briefly. The men stated that was good, it had been awaiting me. I obtained there and there is no pizza. They tried offering me an individual pot pizza rather than the big skillet pepperoni pizza that I'd requested. I told them which was not my purchase so that they ripped my purchase up also it stated big pan pepperoni pizza. They 2 men went about for around five minutes and stated I suppose they forgot to create your pizza. The private skillet was for another client called Tracy. They returned another five minutes and stated we didn't forget to create your pizza we're out-of pan crust. I generously stated thanks and went out. On the road house I got madder and madder. Our boy is autistic as well as for many people who understand some autistic children just eat 6 to 10 types of food, sadly pizza hut pizza may be the just one my boy may consume. I purchase anywhere from three to five pizzas each week out of this pizza hut in Bastrop, Tx since I work-in that city. Well anyhow I called back again to the Pizza Hut and requested to consult with the supervisor. She got about the point and stated she offered my pizza towards the incorrect Tracy and they weren't out-of pan pizza crust. And so I informed her your two workers simply lied in my experience simply because they didn't understand what occurred and he or she stated "YES" they didn't understand what to inform you. She never apologized. Therefore a another woman called "TRACY" taken care of a $3.00 pizza and strolled out having a $15.00 pizza. She stated "YES". The thing is this isn't the very first time they've completed this in my experience. They offered my pizza to a different woman called Tracy after I requested there a few months before. The poor component was the supervisor was rude about this and that I informed her this-not my problem it was completed. This supervisor in regards to a month a go I requested a pizza and that I needed a tea togo, therefore she passed me the mug to create my own personal tea. They did not have any clients inside and that I usually spot my order to visit collect. I'll never, never enter the Bastrop, Tx PIZZA HUT again. I'll need to generate an additional twenty units outoftown to Giddings, Tx, but atleast they usually have it right. I really hope people within the real life once they create a error may admit it, in the place of producing the client feel just like they did something amiss. I actually donot need something using this. I simply wish to allow somebody realize that it did harm my emotions, but atleast I will consider the fault for my own personal motion.
