Purchased a gas range on the first of March it was to be delivered to my house on the 23rd but was not it was delivered to the store instead and i was told i had to wait another week to get it. It's been almost a month i feel like i was raped by sears they stole my money and gave me nothing in return but bad feelings and a nightmare to deal with what a huge inconveniences and nobody cares the manager at your store did nothing to help me she treated me like shit! I will never do business with this company again! And promise to tell all my family, friends and coworkers about this experience. I was rung up on several times by workers at the store no respect at all was giving to me by them they walked away from me in the store and left me standing there helpless and hopless. They punished me for a mistake that their worker made now I don't have a stove and i'm out of hundreds of dollars. Your company cares nothing about your customers I just read so many complaints about your stores tonight on the internet. I guess if i was white the manager would of tried to help me instead of saying oh there's nothing we can do for you you'll just have to wait another week. You took the money out of my account the same day but want me to wait a month before you give me the product that i paid for. What happen to the customer is always right i guess that flew out the window with your company. No accommodations what so ever nothing back for the inconvenience no nothing but we cant do anything for you bad business. I will never step foot in you store again i dont trust your company at all and your employees are horrible!!! The manager at this store has a nasty attitude towards the customers her name is Chris Riemer i want to name her by name so that you know who helping to give your company a bad rep. She was very short with me and offered me no solution to this situation she simply didn't care to her i was just wasting her time. You are going to lose a lot of business because your employees don't know how to solve issues and put the customers first. I work for a large company Aurora org i'm going to send everyone an email about this experience and remember were all across the united states.
