Frank giaccio bounced checksssss

I am a sub contractor that did work for 12 star development/frank giaccio in september who received not one but two checks totalling $78,000.00. To date i have not received the balance of these checks. The process in which mr. Giaccio delivers payment to his sub contractors etc. Allows the laws of a bounced check to be eliminated. Mr. Giaccio and his wife acknowledges they owe me the money but due to the fact that they know they will not get arrested by the law and the only way i can proceed to get my money is by suing them. I have put mr. Giaccio on fox5ny shame, shame, shame and you can see the story if you go to fox5ny website and also a front page story of the danbury news time that can be looked up.
I would like to hear from anyone else who has been scammed by mr. Giaccio and 12 star development as i have numerous others who have come forward since these stories have been posted. I have started my lawsuit and would like to have as much evidence as possilible to not only get my money but have mr. Giaccio arrested. I have a box full of documents from mr. & mrs. Giaccio, police dept, state attorney, chief attorney, attorney general, town and start officials etc. Etc. Etc. All of which agreeing that mr. And bounced these checks and then placed a stop payment on them but there is nothing they can do to the grey area of the law.
