This is a problematic website as it does not allow you to remove your complaint if the issue has been resolved. Maybe that is the way complaints board likes it. Either way make sure you are factual in your account because there are no retractions. I would like to update my original complaint to say that I have indeed received a replacement for each of the doors I purchased. While it was not without a lot of work and a headache I do need to acknowledge that my original claim with the company of selling me a defective product was never denied by them. It just took some time for the matter to be resolved. Hopefully this was a one time problem and we will continue working together as they have a great looking product at a very competitive price.
