Ripoff Bad Products and poor response from the company

I can't believe these guys are still in business. I bought two of their automatic pet doors a couple of years ago and have had nothing but problems. The constuction and design of these doors (nightmares) is shoddy, at best. A quick examination of the inner working of these automatic doors should send you running for the hills. After getting two bad doors in a row, I removed the cover plate and was astounded.internally, they are held together with hot-melt glue and tape; and that's on the motor assembly! I can't believe that the thing would work at all, let alone work reliably for more than a week! I tried to get a refund; refused.instead they convinced me that the problem could be resolved. Three more complete doors later and all I have are a stack of non-functional, crappy automatic doors. They don't even want the defective doors back and most of them are like brand new. I called to complain at least twelve times over the course of several months. Long hold time and excuses from the staff were all I received beside a lot of replacement doors that did not work. Do business with this company at your own peril.
