At Teppermans, we try really hard to take care of all of our customers needs. Even so, sometimes we DO make mistakes and, yes, there is also the *rare* occasion when a customer is asking for something that we just can't provide.
If you have a complaint you'd like to make about Tepperman's, I urge you to please make sure to file that complaint with the Better Business Burueau. If you'd like to post here also, I would certainly encourage you to do so.
Unlike this web site, The Better Business Bureau will actually send Tepperman's an email to let us know that they've received your complaint, and will help us get in touch with you so that we can try and take care of whatever issue you're experiencing. It's a much more effective way of helping us help you than posting here. As well, you can always send us your comments at Teppermans.com via the "Contact Us" tab.
I can't promise that Tepperman's will automatically grant every wish. I CAN promise that if you're not happy with an answer you've been given, and if you send us a message via the any of the links below, your service issue or complaint will be reviewed with me personally.
