Attic pipe leak given cheap patch, no callback in six weeks

Called First American cause a water pipe started leaking in my attic. They sent out A-Z Plumbing, while I was at work. My son let them in. A-Z Plumbing used a 20 cent rubber patch and a 80 cent hose clamp on a galvanized pipe that was already 22 years old. I felt the pipe should of been replaced, the bad spot will only grow. I pay over 600 dollars a year for this home protection a year. Also a 65 dollar co pay fee for this. I called both A-Z Plumbing and First American Home Buyers to complain. Both told me a supervisor would contact me. Six weeks has went by, and nobody from either company has call or anything.
