Colin Chapman Real Estate (Newcastle, Australia) rented and managed a townhouse I owned at Elermore Vale until it was sold at aloss in 2009. Colin Chapman justwant to make a quick dollar and it is staffed with immature teenage girls who donot know their job. Without any proper checks this property was rented to ajunky with criminal boyfriends and associates. It was vandalized and virtuallydestroyed within a year. I was never compensated for this, never got an apologyand amazingly I even got one letter from Colin Chapman Real Estate telling MEabout my responsibility for the tenants behaviour. Do not rent a property out with this company.
