There is no local office for Premium Title Services they use Notary Republic to get the contract signed. You are charged $350.00 for the Notary service. You are charged $400.00 for Buyers Attorney, but there is no Attorney. Except for Front man, Keith Chapman, all the others are Indians operating on the internet.
