The most unethical company ever encountered

Within four months of dealing with Standard Oil, they first tried to bill me much higher than what was agreed on a budget contract, they then sent me a random bill for hundreds more that no one could explain when I inquired, and finally, they tried to sneak in two oil deliveries within a week but we blocked the second one because it wans't needed. The oil delivery guy still falsely generated a delivery ticket that claims he gave us oil, even though my husband intercepted him as he pulled up, only to have the guy apologize and admit he was wrong because he had been to our home the previous week. Then when we complained to the company management, they tried to lie and argue that the guy had indeed given us oil, and they also admitted that someone else had been wrongfully attached to our account and that we were receiving a delivery under their name. They are the most unethical company imaginable, and within a very short time, we have had all of these and several more major issues with them. And every time, they are rude, annoyed and condescending until you present all the facts and basically get them backed up to a corner only then admitting their mistakes. If we weren't on top of monitoring this company, God only knows what else might happen.in addition, by them trying to squeeze in extra and unnecessary oil deliveries, we lose out on the negative balance we have accrued and therefore, they won't adjust our budget amount; they will continue to justify having us overpay even though we are using far less oil than they falsely estimated four months ago when we went in to contract with them.
