No felt under shingles! Leaning foundation piers! Ripoff deception

There is three obvious problems to my house. I want to tell you that off and on i have complained to them about various things, and they only said that because I do not have gutters is the reason my foundation piers are not straight. (I have pics that prove they were not straight before they put the floor on it.)

There is no felt under my shingles and when they where building the house I commented that it seemed odd, because I had helped do roofing with my dad before growing up. The building manager at the time, just said it was the kind of shingles that did not need felt. A few years later, I wrote to the shingle company and found out that the warranty is void without the felt.

During the time that the electrical installers was wiring our home, they were drinking beer during their work, there are some minor problems there.

There was supposed to be extra supports under the walls of the plumbing walls for the bathrooms, there was none, we have since fixed one of them.

We had a shell built including the wiring and some plumbing—we are still skiptical about what plumbing was supposed to be included.

When we hung paneling, several studs had to be removed because they was bowed or had bark still on them.

I look at my situation this way: If you went to the store and bought blue shoes and got out to the car and had a blue shoe and one red shoe, you did not get what you paid for. Well, My house does not leak yet, but when I have to redo the roof/any time I might add. I wonder how hard it would be getting those shingles off the decking with no felt under them. WE paid for felt, we paid for good foundation piers, we paid for good electrical job, we paid for walls according to code, and we paid for supports under the bathroom plumbing walls. Shouldn't I be entitled to the repairs.

My pay off is now just under $5,000 I would be happy if they would just call it even now. Or fix the repairs—give us what we paid for.
