I advertised on Craigs List In Columbia, SC, looking for a furnished house or apt to rent.
I received an email from an individual calling himself Reuben Cosby. He sent me the email below which is self explanatory.

It appears they are setting up tons of these websites with different domain names. The gist of it is, they want you to click to get a credit report, which will generate click throughs$ and hopefully sales for them.
