Smith Materson Properties SENT EMAIL claiming that I can manage their building in return for FREE RENT! Even wanted to meet up in a local hotel for interview! Asked me also to do a credit report

This was the email that I recieved today. Hope everyone else who also recieved it didnt fall for this scam:

I saw your ad titled: Rent me an apt or house!!!

I think I have what you are looking for in new hampshire. My business is looking
for a manager on one of our developments. This entails keeping an eye on the
place and contacting our main office when any maintenance is required.in
return for helping us with this, the property is available with no rent for the
duration of your stay.

The details of the property are on our site; when I get to the office I have the
floorplan and some extra shots that I will upload.
