Total Idiots, got my order wrong, half the items were broken, they refused to fix the situation, one of their employees Sarah told me to "F Off", TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Total Idiots!!! They got my order wrong, half the items were broken due to improper shipping. I don't know where they get this cheap glass s*t, the glass used to make their vases was thinner than some cheap glasses I bought at WalMart. They make a lot of promises but don't deliver. When I called back to complain and get them to fix the order, some woman named Sarah who acted like she ran the place, told me to go "f*k myself"!!! Unbelievable!!! Later I found out she was related to the owners of the business. These people are incompetent. Don't waste your money here do somewhere else. You're better off buying this same stuff at eBay or your local stores. I compared the prices of some of the stuff I bought at a couple of local retailers after I bought the items and they were a lot more expensive at this place & their markup is ridiculous & THAT'S WHY THEY DON'T ADVERTISE THEIR PRICES on their WEBSITE!!!
