These property managers will steal your rental bond they do not lodge bonds with the rta as required by law they pocket your money instead they stole my bond to, their units are in a serious state of disrepair i wouldnt let my dog live in them and if you dare to complain they constantly threaten and harras you telling you if you dont like it get out that they have multiple people wanting to rent your unit and treat you like dirt, they will never spend a dime on repairs they will promise you improvements after you move in but the will never deliver in the 12 months i lived there they never one done any repairs at all lies, lies, lies from them all constantly, do not deal with these people they will rip you off go to reputable real estate agency these people are liars and crooks.
