Falling Ceiling

Pavlik brothers installed an air conditioner and furnace in our attic. Water was leaking through the ceiling fan from our air conditioner upon our first season of usage.

Fourteen months after installation there were cracks in the ceiling below where the furnace was installed. The longest crack was about seven feet by one foot along the beam. There was another crack about four feet by one foot along another beam.
