Sleep Memeory Foam Inc. Purchased $729 mattress thru PayPal... 20 year pro-rated warranty... No luck gaining contact on warranty

Purchased 5.3 12" Opulence Mattress in May for $729.00. Mattress has proven to be extremely substandard in quality.

Purchase was through PayPal, but they state this purchase is not eligible to allow for a dispute filing. Not sure why... Maybe the 1 1/2 years since purchase is too long? I would think PayPal would want to know about any vendor that, in effect, are stealing from the public.

E-mail over the internet has gone unanswered. 800# answers with message asking to leave a message.

Current website boasts 20 year prorated warranty.

Absolutely no customer service.

I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone.
