I purchased a bassinet (The jungletime bassinet) for my newborn baby back in August. The vibrating mattress board and music box were broken. The mattress did not vibrate and the music did not play. I spoke to a representative early in August and ordered new parts that they said were out of stock and would not arrive until the second week of September. They said there was nothing they could do to speed it up. I provided my information, September came and went, and still no bassinet. I called back and spoke to a representative that stated the part had been shipped and returned to the warehouse. Turns out, the representative wrote the wrong address after I spelled it out for him. Ok, just resend it then. NO! They do not have the part anymore. What? They made up some lame excuse about how it is lost and they would have to order new parts an it would take several weeks. I asked to speak with a manager and none were available. I asked to be transferred to a manager, left a message and never received a callback. I called again and asked to speak to the original person who I placed the order with, was transferred to voicemail, and no call back. When I called again, I got the same guy that answered the phone the previous 3 times I called. Hmmmm... Well there must be only two representatives that work there, Jose and Demetri. Those are the only ones that ever answer the phone or are ever available. I asked again to speak to the manager and again was transferred to voicemail. I called back and got Jose again, I asked him to get the manger on the phone, and was told some bull about how he is at lunch. He always seems to be somewhere other than working. I wish I remember the name on his voice mail. What kind of an idiot manager does not return a call from a customer who purchased their product and has a complaint? Not a company I ever would do business with again or would recommend. It is December 1, and still no replacement parts. It has been 4 months since I ordered these parts, and my baby no longer sleeps in the bassinet, and we have no use for it anymore. I hope no one ever buys anything from this company again. Maybe that will teach them a lesson on how to treat someone that supports their company. I hope they go bankrupt and close down. That would be appropriate retribution.
