New Washer Not Working for Two Weeks Awaiting Delivered Part

When you receive a call and keep receiving a call from the same unsatisfied customer, please do whatever it takes to make that customer happy, even if it means replacing the appliance with a new one. Especially when the machine is brand new and hasn't worked since the customer brought it home. Two weeks is an unacceptable amount of time to wait on a part to be delivered and installed!
