I called back and another woman lied and stated therre was nothing sceduled for that day-even though yesterday a guy called John confirmed our appoinment nowadays 12/1. I understood after I browse the grievances I had been losing my evening as well as published to National Heaters yesterday to express used to do not anticipate hep. I'm handicapped and also have not had heated water today for 6 times. Thursday makes seven days. We get only the runaround from both businesses. A&E Sears truly doesn't have customer support. I've no idea ways to get my hot water heater set. I'm certainly dissatisfied and certainly will never store at Sears again. I'd not recommed America Water Heaters to anybody. Our warm water container is less then 5 weeks old and never operating or producing heated water.
