I ordered a bag of fill for my beanbag from this company on Nov 12 and was told it would be with me within five days. After five days and it had not arrived I emailed them and got a reply saying they would look into it and get back to me. They did not get back to me with any explanation. I emailed again, no reply. On the 24 Nov I emailed again asking for my order to be completed or my money refunded. It is now the 26 Nov and it seems they refuse to acknowledge my emails and have not refunded my money. Do not deal with this company they are a ripoff!
