Husky Ratchet Handle Lifetime Warranty Not Honored After a Year

Three years ago my wife purchased a few ratchet handles from the Husky tools line for our hobbies. The warranty is "lifetime." One of these units, a "24900" model, broke. I brought it back and was told they would order a replacement.

Bottom line, after a year and no contact, Home Depot says they can't do anything about it. Worse yet, I cannot find this company and its products on the net. Home Depot has become very disrespectful and non-responsive to customers.
