Sleazy Home depot warranty practices Amherst

3 years ago my wife purchased a few wratchet handles for the hobby's we endeavor, the Husky tools line. The warranty is "lifetime", one of these units a "24900" model broke, brought it back and was told they would order the replacement—bottom line, after a year and no contact, Depot says they can't do anything about it, worse yet, I can not find this company and their products on the net. Depot has gotten very disrespectufull and non responsive to customers
