Took our deposit of $25,900 and never ordered kitchen OR returned our money!

We have used Bruce Salituri of Licensed Florida General Contractors since February and he has completed several projects in our home. We designed a kitchen with Mr. Salituri over the course of two months. He required a 50% deposit from us ($25,900) to order the custom cabinets. After passing seven weeks (delivery was supposed to be 6-8 weeks), we found out he never ordered the cabinets. We have attempted to recover our money, but have not been successful. He has our money, we trusted him since we knew him for several months. His website indicates they are the "most dependable contractors in Florida". To date, the money has not been returned NOR have the cabinets been ordered.
