Forced gas delivery

I shifted into my new location about 9 weeks before and was on the meter with suburban gas in the suggestion of my landlord.

After obtaining a statement for over $400 my first month, I then found out these were charging about double what others were getting.

After some settlement, we decreased the statement and decided the meter is likely to be eliminated and that I might contact easily required more gasoline later on. It was decided using their general manager. It was obvious that I'd purchase that which was within the container currently which no further deliveries could be created until I named to request it.

Their payment program was screwed-up and produced a reproduction consideration plus they held giving intimidating words about not spending, after I purchase anything entirely. They held delivering automated threatening characters to turn off my container, once they don't possess the tank and also the cost was produced in complete. I eventually had them repair this and there is no apology or sorry or something.

A couple of months passed and everything looked okay.

Well, today, their vehicle turns up plus they load the container without my authorization and simply offered me a statement for this.

I never named to request the gasoline and also the driver lied and constitute reasons and essentially bullied me and explained how it had been in my own greatest attention whilst the gasoline costs are getting up and employed his path record being an explanation for what he did. From their additional conduct, I'd need to issue anything the driver stated and that I think it had been all a rest and cheat people.

This appears to be a different one of the deceptive techniques plus they are completing my container without my authorization, then wanting me to cover it of course if I actually donot, they'll threaten to turn off a they don't possess.

From what I find out about them from others, this kind of shady techniques be seemingly "regular company" for them.

I'm unsure what I will do. May I contact law enforcement when they close of the container they don't possess?

I'm sorry I actually did any company with them and that I might alert others about actually starting a merchant account together.
