While driving through Chicago, I was cut-off on three or four occasions by a pick-up truck from this firm. I called the phone number listed on the side door of the truck to let them know that they had a discourteous driver, and instead of receiving an apology, or a statement that the owner would look into my complaint, I was simply called a "F&ing A—hole".

Since this company is so "empathetic" and "courteous", I thought others might like to know about their "stellar" service so that they can avoid this company like the plague.

In the process of looking up who this company is, I discovered that their main office number is unlisted by the phone company (which to me is a red flag for a company that might not have permanent roots). Let the buyer beware.
