True clean
Poor work being lied too

I see a ad in our local newspaper they offer to clean my air ducts for 69.95. They arrive to my house come in and start work then after they get into the job they try to sell me on higher services telling me i need this and that. I tell them i only want the basic service they do it and leave i have another company to come in afterwards to inspect their work to find out they only cleaned about a 1/4 of the system the rest is still very dirty. Sure its a good price but what is it worth if its not done all the way. Also the tech tells me he works for someone i look them up on the internet and find out the tech is the owner? Why did he feel he needs to lie about that dont use these people they are very shady..
