Antoin service tech, Jake manager, Adam manager Discription of work to be done clean all air vents, sanitize returns, coils of A/C, get rid of mold &dust off coils, videotape all work to show me inside vents & coils. He left sump pump unpluged

This is a mess from the start. I had a company Best Home Services out of Douglasville. Ga. Come to my home to perform A/C duct cleaning on 8/1 The service tech. Showed up to do the job he was supposed to clean all the air ducts, sanitize A/C coils, returns, videotape to let me see the work was clean. When he was finished he & the company had charged me 310.00 dollars for work that was not complete. I asked him about the ducts his remarks were he reversed vacuumed them out when I asked him about the saitizing of the coils he said that it was complete,

When I asked him of the videotaping he ignored me.By this time of the day I was frustrated with him payed him & he loaded his truck & took off. So I had some errands to do left the house for about 2-3 hrs. Came home to find my house was topping the 87F. The air was on but not blowing cold air like it was before he did anything on this so called job.
