Bent Tree Apartments/Townhomes
Orion Property management Office Manager physically grabbed me. Refused to refund my $150 deposit

My husband and I wanted to rent an apartment from benttree, so they tell us that there isnt one available yet, but we can put $150 deposit to hold the next available one. We do that and then we start the whole application process. That was an adventure.
I had to have my boss fax the same information to these people 3 times. My husband's employer had to do the same as well. 3 times. They actually wanted a copy of my 2 year old daughter's birth cirtificate, and social security card. We didn't give them that.
After all the faxing took place, we found another property that we wanted. We had gotten immidiate approval. So I try to get my $150 back from the apartments, the Manager told me that I could not have it back. So I went to get up out of my seat, I told the Manager that I was going to go have my lawyer look this application over, she then reached over the desk, grabbed my wrist, forcefully, and said "you are not going anywhere with that application!".
I made them make me copy and I left and went straight to the police department and filed charges against the Manager. I need Help. I'm not sure what to do.
