Paid for high quality carpet... Got crap

Our carepet was mounted in May of I selected an extremely costly rug I had been informed just how to take care of the rug to maintain it seeking clean. Our main problem was that I've rug that didn't flat and appear run-down. We don't use sneakers in the home I vaccum when every day and my rug appears like I Have had it for eighteen years. I understand that I taken care of the rug I needed but got some cheap garbage they ripped off the vehicle, anything needs to be achieved about that! The appearance of the rug doesn't come through on images and so I didn't publish one.
