Don't Waste your Money

Don't waste your money like we did. It hasn't been even two years since we had Empire Carpet 18005882300 come out and install our carpet. Even after not even a year it had a worn look to it. Now its even worse. The carpet looks worn like old carpet. Its totally flattened looking. We don't wear shoes in the house. I called after I noticed early signs of wear and they told me I got what I paid for. They told me I could file a complaint and have a company come out and look at it, but I would never win. She said that in all the years she worked there that she never saw anyone win a complaint.

My carpet is an embarassment. Its so flat that its worthless. We aren't even done paying it off and it looks like it needs to be ripped up. Shame on this company for giving us a terrible product.in our previous home, we bought Home Depot carpet and got it privately installed. It lasted beautifully. It was nice and fluffy and kept its pile. It was also cheaper. Empire told us they would give us a deal but they didn't. We were in a rush to get our home done because my husband had surgery and we were due to have a baby. We needed to get in our home. The salesman was rude and pushy. Don't waste you money. I'll never see mine again and they won't resolve this issue. If I could list pictures I would. I would show you the parts against the wall with no wear and the parts that are walked on that look flat after not even two years.
