Rude ripoffs. Please. Do not order from AFLORIST.net, and affiliate of FTD.com

I have spent so much time attempting to get my situation resolved, that I am going to try be very brief here, if I may.in a nutshell, here is what happened:

1.1/28/02 - I ordered flowers for my grandmother's funeral, through aflorist.net, who guaranteed to have the flowers there that day. They never arrive.

2.1/29/02 - No flowers have arrived. Today is the day of the actual funeral. When I find out there were no flowers from me, I am in tears, as I wasn't able to attend the actual funeral, which was on the other side of the country. I call the Lovin' Blooms Flowers, which is the official name of the company. No response.

3.1/30/02 - I receive a voice mail message from LBF telling me there is a problem with the order. No reference to my phone call to them the previous day. Please note that this is the first I've heard from them, and the funeral has already happened.
4.2/1/02 - Gary and Marcus from Dahl Funeral Home get involved. They leave numerous messages with LBF, with absolutely no response.

5.2/1/02 - I call LBF and finally get through to someone. She is RUDE and unhelpful. She admits they made a mistake, but refuses to be even remotely courteous. She ends up hanging up on me. You should know that I was never rude back to her, not even once, although I certainly had a right to be.

6.2/2 and 2/3/02 - It is the weekend, and I am tired. I decide to deal with it on Monday.

7.2/4/02 - I decide to send an email to the corporate office. Maybe someone there can help? All I ask for is my money back and an apology for the treatment I have received.

8.2/5/02 - No response from yesterdays email. I send another one, this one to another email address that's listed on their website. I finally get a response, and it is rude, and also basically states that they are only following the rules, and that I was never treated "ugly" by anyone on their staff. Which brings us up to date.

At some point, this situation will be resolved. Until then, I simply want everyone to benefit from my terrible experience.
