Despicable service

Dispicable support! Requested shoes in January, wasn't recommended these were not instock! Nevertheless not received 18.02, I Have sent numerous occasions and just got one respond which stated my products had been sent - they'dnot. I have rung and rung, and remaining communications that they never answer. I got through recently - and was informed they'd acll me back - they did not. I called 15 times today and lastly got through, to an Tim - he was really rude, wouldn't provide a reimbursement, couldn't inform me once the shoes were apt to be in-stock. I stated because it was per month, I'd simply possess a reimbursement - he declined. Stated he'd call-back having a shipping day - but has not. I believe this company are horrible - I'll NEVER RELY ON THEM AGAIN, am receiving my money-back through the charge card business!
