Construction guy without license

He did some building work with me, WITH NO PERMIT, but stated he's license. He did bad roofing work and today there's issue when it rains about the gutter. He explained he'll repair it... He expanded lots of time. He never set it, according to his guarantee. He explained I've to provide him more income today... Do not trust this person.
