Poor Customer Service

I closed a deal with Bergis sales consultant Ben on 5/30/09, since that time I've created numerous efforts to get hold of them on changing my top. I obtained a call-back from their store at the conclusion of July declaring the agreement/work-order wasn't prepared inside the organization. Then they mentioned they want to begin the job Friday June 4th, the Friday before Labor Day. I advised them that I had been not likely to be accessible as a result of family trip which was prepared within the holiday weekend. I needed to become house once the companies have there been to ensure that there is no more roof damage. They advised me that they can contact me the week of June 14 and perhaps begin focus on September 17th. I received no calls from their store that week. I've named them many times after but still no calls delivered.

This isn't for me the way you conduct business. I'd several more roofers who offered me estimates likewise. I went with Berg due to the great status and also the competive pricing. Therefore watch out for businesses that provide you a great cost!!! I will have to re-bet for my top and also the value may increase because of offer price. This really is bad business-like mannner nad I'll not suggest your organization to anybody. If did not need my company, they ought to have explained in May, alternatively I offered them the advantage of the question and today I am back again to square one.
