Deceptive company

After a series of severe storms one being a F3 tornado coming within blocks of our home, we noticed the back door being harder to close. Nationwide appraisers claim it's because the caulking was gone and water had come in and caused dry rotting to kitchen floor.

This house is less then 3 yrs old, the door had buckled due to high winds, prior to the last storm we had no problem opening and closing this door! Because the caulking was gone and the floor showed dryrot, this relieves them of responsibility. A three year old house does not require caulking, we've seen no prior leaking before these storms. Bottom line, Nationwide Insurance is a waste of my money, and I assure by the time anyone reads this, I will have another Insurance firm!
