Very poor product

I've bought a Sweat/Machine Bath from Kohler after I created my new home in 2000. Machine area was predrilled in the manufacturer and that I observe bath broke poorly beneath the Machine. I've several Kohler items in my own home and that I am really dissatisfied in Kohler who will not look after the issue and honor the warranty with this product. I have examined additional client grievances also it seems that when the item comes, producers don't consider any obligation for changing these defective merchandise. This was an extremely costly bath/sweat and its own been an extended battle to have Kohler honor their guarantee. It's an extremely bad item and that I won't suggest anyone to buy Sweat/Bath from Kohler.
