Contractor developed to construct home at cost-plus fixed-fee, but required over 300,000 in money not allocated to home excluding contractors fee of 200,000 and will not complete home or return unspent cash.in most they've apparently invested only more than 700,000 on the 1,300, 000 home and will not return the 500,000 of unspent cash. The general public must be informed about that organization. I'm confident we're not the very first patients of the organization and we sadly may possibly not be the final. Beware!
