Rude, deceptive and not what is described

We purchased a system through them last week in august. Received it a week later. You have 7 days to try out the system. We looked through all the materials to hook the system up and couldn't. So we called service. We got through 3 callers who didnt know what they were talking about. The one lady said she got a signal. Well thats great, but we never hooked the system up yet. So we finally reached someone who did eventually help us and got the system running. A few days later we go to run some test to see if the monnitoring system works. No one called. The company we had before if we set it off it caled no matter what. They didnt, so we called them asking for a supervisor and why no calls. They said it has to go longer than 60 seconds.
So everything is running smoothly for the next 5 days. We decide, thsi seems worth while we will keep it so we didnt cancel. Now 1 day later after the trial we are getting all these error codes. We try to call service and no one answers. We call monitoring service and no one answers. We try back again to monitoring service and reach someone.
Now we are stuck in this contract we deseperately need to get out! How did anyone get out of thiers? THey are breech their own contract by not providing service I AM paying for.
Im filing with Attorney General, Better Business Buerau and others. STAY AWAY from this company please! Anyone can advise me
