Inflated prices, non-communication - cleaning/packing/storage

Two full months after I re-settled, Serv pro produced a huge bill that was $3000 over my total insurance policy limit... And they waited 4 months to send the invoice.By that time, there was not mearly enough to cover their bill. Was this all calculated? They made me sign this agreement the day after my fire and told me "dont worry about that... Your insurance pays for everything". They did not provide an estimate or communicate charges with my insurance company - never. They simply produced this ridiculously huge bill, and by that time there was not enough left in my policy to cover it. If they intend to go after me, good luck - I have still not caught up after all I lost in the fire. No money here.
