Vision Management - Casey Brinkman
Do not use-took money for supplies and did not deliver

We were having a swimming pool installed and hired Casey Brinkman of Vision Management LLP to put up a new decorative aluminum fence around our pool and to build a new patio cover to sit under. We made the HUGE mistake of giving him $2500 up front to buy the materials for the fence and the patio cover. Mr Brinkman did try to do what he said at first, he came out and dug the holes for the patio supports and cemented them in the ground however this was after multiple attempts to call him because our pool company was about to pour the concrete and the poles had to be in the ground that day. Unfortunately once the supports were concreted in, our pool contracted told us the Mr Brinkman did not measure properly and each support was in the wrong place. We call him and told him the issue and he said no problem he would have someone out the next day... The never came. We finally sawed the posts down ourselves and told him that we would scrap the patio and just have him do the fence. We felt like we had already paid him for the materials and we hoped we could at least break even if he would just bring the fence and put it up. Well we never saw one piece of fencing. After 20 phone calls to this guy, who wouldnt answer and would only responed a few times by text messages and about 3 weeks passing we did get some shingles, 2x4s and a couple pieces of siding delivered in our back yard one day out of the blue. We asked for the fencing materials repeatedly and didnt get them, asked for our money back and nothing. So for $2500 we have about $150 worth of building material for a patio that we cant have built because they already poured the cement. I should have checked the guy out more, and never paid up front. ALL the reviews from his website are 5 stars, however I seriously doubt anyone who runs a business like this guy could have reviews such as this. Also after investigating we found that he does have a criminal record, and nothing he has is in his own name so good luck suing the guy, because you will only get a judgement thats worth nothing since he has nothing in his own name.
