Chamblee Fence
Sucks!

We hired this company with confidence after a Best Pick rating by Home Reports. What we wanted was 4 brick columns with aluminum fencing between them. We had a brick mason working on our pool, but Chamblee Fence Company recommended we use one of their recommended brick masons or else it may not be right. After installing the fence, one section is not even, running a few inches higher on one end than the other. The problem was that the brick posts are not the same height and they had installed the fence to align with the top of the columns. I said that I would rather have the fence be level than have the fence meet the top of the columns, since all I see is the slanting fence line when looking from my driveway. They said that it was my fault and not their responsibilty to fix it, that I should have told them that the columns were different heights before they installed the fence. I am not kidding. That is what they said on the phone. I am disputing the payment (they have already charged my credit card). All it would have taken to get a good rating was to make this right. I understand that mistakes can be made but I am the customer and I am not satisfied with the way this looks. I will have to hire someone else to fix it.
