Alvis Spray On Siding - Carefree Coatings - Wayne McNeil Wayne McNeil Very Shoddy Work, He Breached his own Contract and refuses to finish job!

Beware of Carefree Coatings, owner Wayne McNeil!!! Will not uphold his contract! We obtained a few estimates to paint the entire exterior of our home, which included the brick foundation and a very large fireplace. Wayne's estimate was the highest we received, however, we decided to go with him because of the type of work he told us he does and we wanted it done right. He gave us a contract stating that he would Sand, Scrap and Feather-Sand all areas that needed it PRIOR to priming, also that he would Repair or Replace and Damaged, Loose or Rotten Wood (all in the contract) then he would prime the entire house and go back and caulk any cracks or holes. We even showed him certain areas of the house that we were concerned about and he said, that'll be fixed, my crew can take care of that.

Day 1: His crew came out, sprayed the entire house with primer.
