Ripoff - terrible work, incomplete job, horrible treatment! & Charlotte & Nationwide

Be careful of Carefree Coatings and Wayne McNeil. I had this very expensive job done on my house and it was not completed properly. There are several areas where the product was not applied properly and therefore is not protecting my house. Guess what... If Wayne McNeil does your house like he did mine, there is NOBODY ELSE in the State to fix it!!! He is the only contractor! The product also leaves visible streaks more evident in sunlight. Check the web for other postings!

When I pointed out the problems to Wayne McNeil of Carefree Coatings, he laughed, used foul language and even belittled my home, saying that I "don't live in a $500,000 house, so what did I expect?"

He did not act this way before he got my $6800.00 for the job.

Just be very careful of spray on siding, Wayne McNeil and Carefree Coatings of North Myrtle Beach. Now I am in a legal battle to either get some of my money back or get the job completed. Don't end up like me. Thoroughly inspect the job before paying the balance. He got my wife to sign off when I wasn't home, saying that he would walk around the house with me the following day. Never showed up.
